This is one of the final parts of constructing our film trailer, putting in the voiceover on top of the beginning scenes. To do it, we didn't have the best setup but our setup was able to get the job done. We had 2 MacBooks, one with the script for Celina to remind herself of the lines and the other was our trailer. It would be played so she could time it right with the scenes.
We decided to record more than once so that we could pick which would sound the best and had less muffling or breathing noises that would be noticed. After re-naming and deciding which one to take, she could send it to her email and be downloaded straight onto the iMac. On Premiere, using the razor tool would cut up the dialogue into smaller pieces where we could place it in the right places.
