For this day, we filmed the father slapping the daughter and a fight scene with Kaya Maki taking another gang member down. I would be in charge of filming and directing, as well choreographing the fight with the help of Celina's brother Eugene. For the first scene, we used the tripod in order to film them at the same level of where they were standing. We would first get a 2 shot of them and then an individual shot of each reaction after the slap was done. Below is the actors practicing to slap:

It was the perfect day to film outside and so we took advantage. Eugene would first teach Chantelle on the moves should we sue and how counter attack Eugene's attacks. By first defending his punches and then flooring him to take him down. We had to make sure that everything was done fast incase the fighting scene would be too slow. If too slow it would be taken to the editing room to speed up.

I tracked the fight in a circular motion around them, as if it was in a 360 motion. After Kaya Maki's take down, they would converse in Japanese. [Eugene (Yakuza): How deep are your roots?
Chantelle (Kaya Maki): Not that deep]. This would our ending scene before the film title in our trailer. Here are the behind the scenes taken by Celina, with me filming.
